Abilitics (the "Company") is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.
For purposes of this Agreement, "Sites" refers to the Company’s websites and web applications, which can be accessed at http://slidle.com , http://abilitics.com/ , http://innovatebulgaria.com , http://360coacher.com or any other URL created by Slidle by its users.
"Service" refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can view and upload their presentations, create presentations spaces and track visitors to their site.
The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company.
"You", "Visitor" or "User" refers to you, as an unregistered visitor or a registered user of our Sites or our Services.
By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy constitutes a binding and enforceable legal contract between Abilitics and you - so please read it carefully.
You may visit and/or use the Services only if you fully agree to this Privacy Policy. If you access or use any of the Services, you signify and affirm your informed consent to this Privacy Policy, including to the collection and processing of your Personal Information as defined and explained below.
Please note: you are not obligated by law to provide us with any information. You hereby acknowledge, warrant and agree that any information you do provide us is provided of your own free will and consent, for the purposes and uses described herein.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
1.1.1. As part of account registration
When you create your account on our Sites, we ask you for the following Personal Information: your email address, your name, company and position.
Also if you opt to register using Facebook or LinkedIn account, we also keep the details regarding those connected third-party accounts. We may keep also information that you have opted to share from your Facebook or LinkedIn account such as your name and photo.
By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.1.2. As part of your profile filling process
You have an option to enter information about you in your profile, such as Biography and residence. We do not require that such information is provided and it is your decision of what information you want to provide. The information you enter will be visible to other visitors of the Service.
1.1.3. When you upload content
We collect and store any additional documents (presentations) which you have uploaded through our Services. They may also contain Personal Information – refer to p. 6.3 regarding your obligation to obtain rights to upload such information for other users.
Furthermore, when you upload content as part of using the Services you give us with your consent to collect, store and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.2. INFORMATION FROM OTHERS
Our Services allow users to upload presentations and links that may contain Personal information about you.
1.3. SITES USAGE
We collect information about browsing or usage session, content you have clicked / viewed (which web pages you visit), performing of searches, download of presentations, installing apps, sharing content, linking content.
We use your login (as part of your registration process), your ID address, Geo-location and/or device unique identifier) to identify you and to track your usage of the Service.
We also use Google Analytics to track Sites usage data. Its privacy practices of these tools are subject to their own privacy policies and they may use their own cookies to provide their service.
In order to remember your subsequent visits to our Sites, we use Cookies.
1.4. YOUR DEVICE AND LOCATION
In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the "referring URL"), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you.
If you use our Services from a mobile device, that device will send us data about your location. Most devices allow you to prevent location data from being sent to us and we honor your settings.
2. HOW WE USE THAT INFORMATION
2.1. To give you access to the Service
We use the provided username/email and password (or your Facebook/LinkedIn account) to authorize you access to your profile and content stored on the Sites.
2.2. To share your content to others
We use the uploaded content and the information your added to your profile to share it with the other visitors and users of the Service.
2.3. To provide content owners with insight of how their content is consumed
We use the data for visits of presentations to inform the owners of the content about the performance and the effectiveness of that content.
2.4. To communicate with you
We use the Personal Information and contact information to contact you in response to questions, to provide technical support, and inform you about promotional offers.
2.5. To improve our services
In general, we use the information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Sites.
2.6. In case of any legal processes
We may share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
3. HOW DO WE USE COOKIES
Abilitics, together with its marketing, analytics and technology partners, uses certain monitoring and tracking technologies (such as cookies, beacons, pixels, tags and scripts). These technologies are used in order to maintain, provide and improve our Services on an ongoing basis, and in order to provide our Visitors, our Users and their Users-of-Users with a better experience. For example, thanks to these technologies, we are able to maintain and keep track of our Visitor’s and Users’ preferences and authenticated sessions, to better secure our Services, to identify technical issues, user trends and effectiveness of campaigns, and to monitor and improve the overall performance of our Services.
We use Cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. 4. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
4.1. Secure Communication
We use HTTPS (secure socket layer technology) to protect the communication between our servers and your browser.
4.2. Password Protection
Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your personal information safe by not disclosing your password.
4.3. Encryption
We store your password in a hashed format so that even in a case of security breach your password cannot be recovered. We also use Encryption to further protect your information.
4.4. Security Risk
As stated above, we protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, secure socket layer technology, firewalls. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
5. YOUR RIGHTS, CHOICES AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1. Unsubscribe to communication
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail.
5.2. Closing your account
At any time, you may opt to terminate your use of the Service. You have the option to revoke your consent for us to keep your data via the user profile settings page (Delete profile button). In that case we will delete all your personal data stored in our platform. Thereafter, we will stop collecting any personal information from you.
5.3. Obtaining rights to process Personal Information of Others
Our Service collects, stores and processes presentations and other information uploaded by Users. Such uploaded content may contain Non-personal and Personal Information. For example, each of our Users can add presentations which may contain personal information of other users, or to add their e-mail contacts from third party services like Gmail or Office 365, or manually enter them to the Sites. Such contacts are then stored with Abilitics servers, on the User’s behalf.
For such purposes, Abilitics serves and shall be considered as a "Data Processor" and not as the "Controller" (as both such capitalized terms are defined in the European Data Protection Directive). The Users controlling and operating such presentations shall be considered as the "Controllers" of such Non-personal and Personal Information, and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that may apply to the collection and control of such information, including all privacy and data protection laws of all relevant jurisdictions.
You are responsible for the security, integrity and authorized usage of the Personal Information you manually enter or upload to the Service. Thus, you are responsible for obtaining any consents and permissions required for the collection and usage of such information.
5.4. Transfer of data outside your territory
We may store and process information in various sites throughout the globe, including in sites operated and maintained by cloud based service providers. If you are a resident in a jurisdiction where transfer of your personal information to another jurisdiction requires your consent, then you provide us your express and unambiguous consent to such transfer.
6. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
6.1. Sharing information with partners
We share information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as:
- The servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us
- Google as part of using Google Analytics to track web sites usage data
Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information and may share it with our partners for legitimate business purposes. It has no effect on your privacy, because there is no reasonable way to extract data from the aggregated information that can be associated with you. We will share your identifiable information only subject to the terms of this policy, or subject to your prior consent.
6.2. "Do not track" signals
Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. A DNT signal is a HTTP header field indicating your preference for tracking your activities on the Service or through cross-site user tracking. Our Service does not respond to DNT signals.
6.3. Data Storage and Retention
We store the data on serves on the territory of republic in Bulgaria. We keep your personal data while your account is active and you have not opted to delete your personal data and content.
6.4. Children’s Privacy
The Sites and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Sites does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. 6.5. Change in Control or Sale
In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes to the Sites so that you may opt out of the new information practices.
7. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. You should periodically check the Sites and this privacy page for updates.
